Job Summary
Provide safe and effective administration of specialty medications, including IV infusions, to patients in their homes across eastern PA and Delaware. Partner with pharmacists and care teams to ensure holistic patient well-being while documenting assessments, treatments, and progress to maintain accurate records. Serve as the primary point of contact for patient updates and demonstrate autonomy in clinical decision-making. Requires an active RN license, minimum two years of RN experience, and at least one year in critical care, acute care, or home healthcare. Availability includes a 40-hour workweek with evenings and weekends as needed. Annual salary ranges from $79,200 to $132,000 USD.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of practice
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience
- At least 1 year in critical care, acute care, or home healthcare
- Proficiency in IV insertion and infusion techniques
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to travel within a large geographic region
