Job Summary
Provide safe and effective administration of specialty medications, including IV infusion, in patients' homes. Partner with pharmacists and care teams to ensure holistic patient well-being while documenting assessments, treatments, and progress to maintain accurate patient records. Serve as the primary point of contact for patient updates and care coordination, demonstrating autonomy in clinical decision-making to achieve optimal outcomes. Requires an active RN license with at least one year in critical care, acute care, or home healthcare, plus proficiency in IV insertion and infusion techniques. Availability includes a 40-hour workweek with evenings and weekends as needed. Valid driver's license and ability to travel within a large geographic region are essential.

Desired Qualifications
