Specialty Infusion Field Nurse, 32 hours - Accredo - Indianapolis, IN

Provide safe and effective administration of specialty medications, including IV infusions, in patients' homes. Partner with pharmacists and care teams to ensure holistic patient well-being, while documenting assessments, treatments, and progress to maintain accurate patient records. Serve as the primary point of contact for patient updates and care coordination, demonstrating autonomy in clinical decision-making. Candidates must live north or east of Indianapolis, hold an active RN license with at least two years of experience, and possess proficiency in IV insertion and infusion techniques. A valid driver's license and ability to travel within a large geographic region are required for this 32-hour workweek, which includes evenings and weekends.
