Specialty Infusion Field Nurse, 32 hours – Accredo – Columbia, SC

Provide safe and effective administration of IV infusion medications in patients' homes while documenting assessments, treatments, and progress to maintain accurate records. Partner with pharmacists and care teams to ensure holistic patient well-being and serve as the primary point of contact for patient updates and care coordination. Demonstrate autonomy in clinical decision-making to achieve optimal outcomes. Requires an active RN license, minimum two years of RN experience, and at least one year in critical care, acute care, or home healthcare. Proficiency in IV insertion and infusion techniques is essential, along with a valid driver's license and ability to travel within a large geographic region. Availability for a 32-hour workweek including evenings and weekends is necessary. Candidates must have internet access via cable broadband or fiber optic service with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload if working remotely.
