Job Summary
Gain a financial commitment from patients to start diagnosed treatment by educating them on options and overcoming objections. Prioritize specialty coordination and consultation, acting as a liaison for office and specialty teams to facilitate communication, schedule changes, and follow-up appointments. Proactively manage Specialists' schedules to ensure they are full, staggered, balanced, and productive while obtaining necessary insurance pre-authorizations. Achieve proficiency in PDS systems and tools to assist patients in making informed decisions. Act as a Subject Matter Expert for treatment plans involving specialty care, ensuring compliance with company policies and state regulations. Participate in daily morning huddles and monthly team meetings to track key metrics and support clinical excellence through the Mouth Body Connection.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Travel might be required between offices
