Job Summary
Gain a financial commitment from patients to start diagnosed treatment by educating them on options and overcoming objections. Prioritize specialty coordination and consultation, acting as a liaison to facilitate communication, schedule changes, and follow-up appointments with specialists, GPs, and hygiene teams. Proactively manage specialists' schedules to ensure they remain full, staggered, balanced, and productive while obtaining necessary insurance pre-authorizations. Achieve proficiency in PDS systems and tools to assist patients in making informed decisions. Participate in daily morning huddles and monthly team meetings to track specialty goals and metrics. Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory bodies while demonstrating stewardship of the PDS Brand.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Travel might be required between offices
