Job Summary

Prioritize specialty coordination and consultation, acting as a liaison to facilitate communication, schedule changes, and follow-up appointments with specialists and general practitioners. Obtain necessary insurance pre-authorizations and manage specialist schedules to ensure they remain full, staggered, and productive. Achieve proficiency in PDS systems and tools to assist patients in making informed decisions while maintaining compliance with company and regulatory policies. Act as a subject matter expert for treatment plans involving specialty care and participate in daily morning huddles and team meetings.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Travel might be required between offices
