Specialty Healthcare Coordinator

Gain a financial commitment from patients to initiate diagnosed specialty treatments by educating them on options and overcoming objections. Prioritize specialty coordination and consultation, acting as a liaison to facilitate communication, manage schedules, and follow up on treatment plan changes. Obtain necessary insurance pre-authorizations and ensure compliance with all state, federal, and company policies while utilizing the PDS system to support patient decisions. Participate in daily morning huddles and monthly team meetings to track metrics and maintain brand stewardship. Requires high school diploma or GED; travel may be needed between offices. Salary ranges from $21.50 to $30.25 hourly.
