Job Summary
Gain a financial commitment from patients to start diagnosed treatment by educating them on options and overcoming objections. Prioritize specialty coordination and consultation, acting as a liaison to facilitate communication, schedule considerations, and follow-up appointments with specialists, general practitioners, and hygienists. Obtain necessary insurance pre-authorizations and manage specialist schedules to ensure they are full, staggered, and productive. Achieve proficiency in the PDS system to assist patients in making informed decisions while maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory bodies. Act as a subject matter expert for treatment plans involving specialty care and participate in daily morning huddles and team meetings.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Travel might be required between offices
