Job Summary

Gain a financial commitment from patients to initiate diagnosed specialty treatments by educating them on options and overcoming objections. Prioritize specialty coordination and consultation, acting as a liaison to facilitate communication, schedule considerations, and follow-up appointments with specialists, general practitioners, and hygienists. Proactively manage specialists' schedules to ensure they remain full, staggered, and productive while obtaining necessary insurance pre-authorizations. Achieve proficiency in PDS systems to assist patients in making informed decisions and actively participate in daily morning huddles and monthly team meetings. Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory bodies while supporting clinical excellence through a comprehensive understanding of the Mouth Body Connection.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Travel might be required between offices
