Job Summary
Partner with specialists to gain patient financial commitments for diagnosed treatments and overcome objections before appointments. Educate patients on treatment choices using available financial options to support case acceptance while managing specialist schedules for productivity. Act as a liaison between office and specialty teams, facilitating communication, treatment plan changes, and follow-up appointments. Obtain insurance pre-authorizations and prioritize coordination to ensure smooth specialty days. Participate in daily huddles and monthly meetings to track goals and metrics. Maintain compliance with company policies and state regulations while upholding the PDS brand framework.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Travel might be required between offices
