Job Summary
Specialty Finance - Payments Sales Manager (Vice President) leads end-to-end client engagement in Payments solutions for Financial Institutions Group. Builds and maintains a robust pipeline, collaborates with Product, Banking coverage officers, and cross-functional teams to position JPMorgan Payments, expand current revenue, and drive new business sales objectives. Requires deep knowledge of cash management and Trade Finance products, risk and compliance in cross-border relationships, ability to work across cultures, and strong account planning, negotiation, and execution skills to deliver value-added services to target clients.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years experience selling cash management products
- Knowledge of cash management products; Familiarity with Trade Finance products
- Understanding of credit, risk process and compliance nuances of correspondent banking relations
- Ability to manage client risk dynamics with internal partners and clients
- Demonstrated ability to work across cultures with internal teams and external clients globally
- Demonstrated ability to identify and exploit sales opportunities; close new business; design, sale and delivery of value-added services
- Competence in prospecting, identifying decision makers, and account planning and execution
- Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills
