Job Summary
Specialty Distribution - Manufacturer Relations Associate supports onboarding and implementation of pharmaceutical manufacturer programs, coordinates program tasks, maintains documentation, and assists with day-to-day program administration. Works with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Purchasing, Distribution Centers, and Customer Service, to support invoicing, data maintenance (master data, NDC, WAC), product launches, and operational updates. Builds knowledge of pharmaceutical distribution, manufacturer programs, and supply chain operations while contributing to program performance discussions and regular business reviews with manufacturing partners.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1+ years of professional experience in business operations, healthcare, pharmaceutical distribution, customer support, supply chain, project coordination, or related field
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams
