Job Summary
The Specialty Deposit Relationship Manager will manage and expand Piermont Bank’s fiduciary and specialty deposit relationships, focusing on clients in title insurance, bankruptcy, real estate management, and legal services. Responsibilities include overseeing onboarding and documentation, ensuring regulatory compliance, serving as the primary contact for account maintenance and issue resolution, collaborating with operations, compliance, legal, and product teams to deliver customized deposit solutions, monitoring fiduciary account activity for policy and regulatory compliance, identifying cross-sell opportunities, and preparing reports on portfolio performance and market trends. The role involves representing the bank at industry events to enhance visibility and referral networks. Qualifications emphasize a Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years in banking, a proven deposit-growth sales track record, strong business development and relationship-building skills, and effective communication. Compensation includes a base salary range of $110,000–$150,000 plus potential bonuses and benefits.
