Job Summary
Perform patient care, office, and laboratory duties to support clinicians in delivering the Perfect Patient Experience. Escort patients to and from the front desk, communicate with front and back office teams to ensure scheduling runs smoothly, and maintain a clean, sterile environment by sterilizing instruments and disinfecting equipment. Prepare patients for treatment, assist dentists with procedures, complete radiographs, prepare tray setups, and keep patient mouths clear using suction devices. Instruct patients on postoperative care, record charting and clinician notes in digital systems, present treatment records and consents prior to treatment, and ensure equipment maintenance per manufacturer guidelines. Collaborate with Lead Dental Assistants to maintain clinical supplies, utilize technology for demonstrations, and participate in daily morning huddles and monthly team meetings. Travel to multiple offices daily as required, maintaining a professional appearance and adhering to company policies and regulatory compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Equivalent to high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- specified training courses as mandated by state for certification, licensure, or registration
- Certificates/Licenses/Registrations as mandated by applicable state

Desired Qualifications
