Escort patients to and from the front desk, introduce them to team members, and maintain a clean, sterile environment by sterilizing instruments and disinfecting equipment per state guidelines. Prepare patients for treatment, assist clinicians in delivering care, and complete radiographs and intra-oral pictures as directed. Set up trays for procedures, manage supply levels, keep patient mouths dry, and instruct patients on postoperative care. Record charting and clinician notes in the digital system, present treatment records and consents, and ensure equipment maintenance. Communicate with front and back office teams to ensure scheduling runs smoothly, participate in daily huddles and monthly meetings, and model company culture and brand standards. Travel to multiple offices daily using a valid driver's license and insurance, or alternate reliable transportation as required.
