Job Summary
Support the Executive Chef, Assistant Executive Chef, Room Chef, and Assistant Room Chef by enforcing initiatives, overseeing production, and providing professional service to guests and team members. Prepare meals for three-meal periods and high-volume production by frying, griddling, sautéing, carving, and steaming meats, fish, eggs, vegetables, and poultry according to Station Casinos standards. Work hands-on at the wok station while maintaining a clean, attractive environment. Requires one to two years of culinary experience and ability to cook multiple Asian cuisines including Chinese, Japanese, Thai, and Vietnamese.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to cook multiple Asian cuisines including Chinese, Japanese, Thai & Vietnamese
- Must be able to work Wok station
- Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management
- Must be able to obtain required work cards
- Must possess and demonstrate great attention to detail in order to maintain unit's appearance and operating standards
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum one to two years' previous culinary experience
