Job Summary
Prepare authentic Vietnamese pho and other specialty cuisine according to standardized recipes and quality standards; monitor production for consistent quality and adherence to specifications; coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure timely order fulfillment; maintain a clean, organized workstation and storage areas; manage inventory control at the assigned station including stock rotation and par level maintenance; implement and enforce all food safety, sanitation, and operational procedures; minimize food waste through proper portion control and inventory management; must stand/walk for shifts and be able to lift/carry up to 75 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum six (6) months of experience as a cook
- Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications
