Job Summary
Craft high-quality espresso drinks, teas, matcha beverages, and specialty drinks with consistency and precision while dialing in shots and adjusting grinder settings. Properly steam milk, execute latte art, and maintain beverage quality throughout shifts. Deliver a warm, premium customer experience while building relationships with guests and maintaining a clean, organized, and fully stocked café environment. Support POS/register transactions, food preparation, and opening/closing procedures to uphold quality standards during high-volume periods. Requires previous specialty coffee experience, strong espresso knowledge, and availability for weekend shifts from 9:30 AM to 9:30 PM on Saturdays and 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM on Sundays. Required Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends
- Must be available to work Saturdays between 9:30 AM – 9:30 PM
- Must be available to work Sundays between 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM
- Typical shifts range from 4–8 hours
- Previous specialty coffee experience
- Must be reliable
- Must be detail-oriented
- Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must work well independently
- Must work well as part of a team
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with La Marzocco, Mahlkönig, or comparable high-end specialty coffee equipment
- Strong espresso knowledge
- Understanding of coffee fundamentals
- Confident dialing in espresso
- Maintaining consistency during busy service periods
- Delivering elevated beverage quality with attention to detail
- Properly steam milk
