Room patients, obtain vital signs, verify allergies and medications, and document findings in the Electronic Medical Record. Assist nursing staff with minor surgery procedures, maintain clean and stocked exam rooms, and manage supply sterilization and inventory. Transfer medical information to patient charts, complete visit worksheets, and communicate care variations to nursing professionals. Adhere to Nebraska state laws, HIPAA guidelines, and the Cozad Community Health System mission while attending staff meetings. Requires a current Nebraska CNA license, Medication Aide certification, and Basic Life Support (CPR).
