Job Summary
Specialty Care Sales Specialist at AstraZeneca responsible for driving sales and market share within a defined central/southern Malaysia territory. Core duties include implementing sales strategies and POAs, tracking territory performance, enlisting newly launched products in hospitals and clinics, strategic territory planning, analyzing market trends and competitor activity, developing account plans for penetration and revenue growth, maintaining up-to-date customer segmentation and call records, building trust with key accounts, addressing customer issues promptly, and preparing monthly reporting with performance deviations. Requires a science background with a degree or master’s, experience or interest in pharmaceutical sales, and readiness to operate from central Malaysia with field responsibilities.
