Job Summary
Specialty Care RN - Emergency Room responsible for delivering direct patient care across age groups from newborn to geriatric, utilizing the nursing process, performing focused assessments and documentation, providing education to patients and families, and leading and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Requires autonomous practice, leadership participation when requested, ability to adapt to changing acuity, delegation of tasks to care team members, and adherence to hospital policies. Preferred Emergency Department or critical care experience; licensure in Illinois and CPR; advanced certifications (ACLS, TNCC, PALS or ENPC, ECRN) are desirable. Location: Maryville, IL; full-time night shift; salary range $35.26-$57.78/hour (annualized to $73,341-$120,182).
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of accredited nursing program
- Illinois licensed or eligible
- CPR required
- ACLS, TNCC, PALS or ENPC, ECRN preferred
