Job Summary
Specialty Business Manager, Derm role focused on driving demand in Dermatology by educating healthcare providers and supporting clinical and patient access education across physician offices, clinics, and hospital accounts. Responsibilities include onboarding accounts through education, delivering clinical value propositions, conducting account management within Dermatology practices, achieving sales goals in the assigned territory, developing and delivering targeted medical education and sponsor programs, and coordinating clinical education opportunities for HCPs. Requires delivering complex clinical and business information to dermatology professionals, leveraging approved marketing materials, and collaborating with team members to optimize local marketing strategies and patient support services. Minimum qualifications include a BA/BS and several years of successful selling experience in relevant healthcare industries; preferred dermatology-specific selling experience; strong communication and teamwork skills; ability to travel within the geographic area; and compliance with product training requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree – BA/BS
- 3+ years of successful selling experience in pharmaceutical, biotech or medical device and/or relevant clinical or industry experience
- Experience calling on Dermatologists/Dermatology highly preferred
- Strong verbal, influencing, presentation and written communication skills
- Strong collaboration skills and success working in teams
- Reside within or close proximity to assigned geography
- Training requirements and travel suitability (including up to 25-50% travel)
- Valid Driver's License
