Job Summary
Specialty Business Manager for Dermatology responsible for educating healthcare providers and driving demand in dermatology accounts. Develop and implement local marketing and education strategies, deliver clinical value propositions, educate staff and patients, manage accounts within dermatology practices and hospitals, achieve sales goals, build relationships with decision makers, and deliver targeted messages about the product and patient support services. Role requires ongoing clinical and market knowledge, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and adherence to compliance policies. The position includes local travel and remote work options within the assigned geography; compensation includes an hourly wage range with potential incentives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree – BA/BS
- 3+ years of successful selling experience in pharmaceutical, biotech or medical device and/or relevant clinical or industry experience OR 2+ years of successful selling experience at Takeda
- Experience calling on Dermatologists/Dermatology preferred
- Strong verbal, influencing, presentation and written communication skills
- Travel willingness: some overnight travel up to 25-50%
