Job Summary
Specialty Business Manager (Dermatology) in New York (Virtual US) responsible for education-driven account management and clinical selling to dermatology practices, clinics, and hospitals. Develop and apply business processes to achieve sales goals, educate HCPs on clinical value propositions, coordinate clinical education opportunities, deliver targeted sales messaging based on approved materials, and manage relationships with decision makers to support safe and effective use of products. Will execute local marketing strategies, build customer engagement, and collaborate with internal teams to optimize franchise strategy while adhering to compliance policies. Requires a BA/BS and 3+ years of selling experience in pharma/biotech/medical devices or relevant clinical experience; travel may be required; strong communication, presentation, and teamwork skills; located in or near the assigned geography; valid driver’s license.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree – BA/BS
- 3+ years of successful selling experience in pharmaceutical, biotech or medical device and/or relevant clinical or industry experience
- Experience calling on Dermatologists/Dermatology
- Strong verbal, influencing, presentation and written communication skills
- Strong collaboration skills and success working in teams
- Reside within or close proximity to assigned geography
