Job Summary
Provide superior service to guests and perform cashier-related duties within the casino cage environment. Responsible for daily deposits, marker and fill-bank operations, and maintaining internal controls and documentation. Handle transactions including wire transfers, slot-related payouts, and cash equivalents; support various banks and cash-handling processes; balance bank at end of shift; adhere to gaming regulations and privacy requirements. Strong math, computer (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook) and communication skills, with the ability to work varying shifts in a fast-paced casino setting.
Required Qualifications
- High school degree or equivalent
- Must obtain and maintain all licenses / certifications per Federal, State, and Illinois Gaming Commission
- Must successfully pass background check
- Must comply with AML/Title 31 regulations
- Must comply with all Illinois Gaming Regulations
- Must maintain confidentiality related to financial data and casino policies
