Job Summary
Field-based Specialty Account Manager responsible for building partnerships with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and key accounts across Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, and Bahrain; develop and execute a robust territory business plan aligned with GSK commercial strategies to achieve targets; collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, medical, market access) to implement tailored account plans and solutions; monitor performance, analyze market trends and customer insights, and recommend actions; coordinate with supply chain and commercial teams to ensure product availability and support accurate demand forecasting; conduct regular external meetings to provide disease awareness and patient-focused information to HCPs in compliance with GSK policies and applicable local laws; requires pharma sales experience, fluent Arabic and English, and willingness to travel.”,
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, Medical Sciences or a related scientific field.
- Minimum 3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience with a proven track record of performance.
- Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly across Abu Dhabi, Al Ain and Bahrain as required.
- Current residency in Abu Dhabi.
