Job Summary
Specialty Account Manager to execute promotional and account-management activities for SYMBRAVO in a defined U.S. territory (Wichita, KS area). Responsible for building relationships with customers, delivering virtual and live engagements, developing territory business plans to achieve quarterly/annual goals, adhering to labeling guidelines, understanding payer policies, and leveraging marketing resources to support product uptake. Requires ownership of territory performance, cross-functional collaboration, attendance at medical congresses as needed, and navigation of patient services/savings programs to ensure access. Overnight travel is indicated by business needs. Must maintain in-territory residency, demonstrate CNS/Migraine experience preferred, and bring at least 5 years of field customer experience with a track record of top performance in pharmaceutical/biotech or medical sales. Strong digital marketing aptitude and excellent communication skills are desired, along with the ability to manage budgets and collaborate across functions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- Minimum of 5 years of field customer experience and/or account management
- Minimum of 3 years Healthcare Professional experience with relevant CNS experience
- 5 years of consistent top performance in the pharmaceutical, biotech or medical sales space
- Migraine/CNS experience strongly preferred
- Demonstrated experience delivering outstanding results
- Launch experience strongly preferred
- Must live in the territory's geography
- Experience strategizing within cross-functional teams
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently under timelines
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
- Frequent driving and physical requirements (lifting up to 30lbs)
