Specialty Account Manager, Symbravo (Kingsport, TN)

Specialty Account Manager (SAM) for SYMBRAVO migraine therapy in the Kingsport, TN territory. Responsible for executing commercial activities, establishing relationships with customers, promoting SYMBRAVO within approved labeling, and achieving territory goals. Roles include building awareness among key customers, developing a territory business plan, managing payer processes (eligibility, prior-authorization, appeals/denials), maximizing marketing resources to strengthen customer relationships, coordinating cross-functionally, attending medical congresses, and ensuring timely patient access through patient services and savings programs. Requires strong account management skills, both virtual and live engagements, field sales experience in pharma/Biotech/medical devices, and the ability to travel overnight as needed. Must reside in the territory and demonstrate proficiency in digital marketing and stakeholder communication; familiar with cross-functional collaboration and adherence to regulatory guidelines.
