Job Summary
Specialty Account Manager responsible for representing TerSera products in hospital accounts and Oncology clinics, presenting clinical data to healthcare professionals (physicians, nurses, PAs, NPs), and supporting national/regional account implementation within the assigned geography. Develops and maintains product and disease-area knowledge, delivers compliant product messaging, creates an effective territory plan to achieve/exceed sales goals, navigates multi-stakeholder clinical customers, gains access to key prescribers, supports local formulary implementation, and communicates territory activity to management. Requires travel up to 60%, strong business acumen, market access/formulary proficiency, and adherence to compliance policies including PhRMA guidelines; completes all company trainings and administrative duties timely; collaborates within a high-performance team to meet goals and budgets.
Required Qualifications
- BS/BA Required
- Bachelor's degree required, Business or Science discipline preferred
- 5-10 Years Sales / Account management experience within the related field
- Experience working with institutions and integrated delivery networks
- Understanding of payer and formulary processes
- Experience in team-based environment with Commercial Operations functions
- Valid driver’s license issued in one of the fifty states, with a record of no motor vehicle violations
- Willingness to travel up to 60% of work time as needed or required
- Sarbanes-Oxley compliance awareness
