Job Summary
The Specialty Account Manager is responsible for selling and promoting specialty pharmacy services to healthcare providers. This role requires the candidate to make 40 outside sales calls weekly, handle territory management, and develop strong relationships with key physicians. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably with a medical background, and a college degree is preferred. Responsibilities include securing specialty pharmacy prescriptions, achieving revenue and referral goals, and accurate documentation in a CRM system. Overnight travel may be required.
