Job Summary
Specialty Account Manager (SAM) to execute commercial activities for assigned geographies, promote AUVELITY for MDD in adults, and build customer relationships in clinic/hospital settings with capacity for digital engagement; accountable for territory performance, customer stakeholder mapping, payer policy navigation, and cross-functional collaboration to drive product adoption and access; requires field-based work with overnight travel and a strong emphasis on territory planning, stakeholder engagement, and compliant promotion within labeling guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- Minimum of 5 years of field customer experience and/or account management
- Minimum of 3 years Healthcare Professional experience with relevant CNS experience will also meet the qualifications for this role
- 5 years of consistent top performance in the pharmaceutical, biotech or medical sales space
- Psychiatry/CNS experience strongly preferred
- Demonstrated experience delivering outstanding results
- Launch experience strongly preferred
- Must live in the territory's geography
- Experience strategizing within cross-functional teams, utilizing differential resources to achieve business goals
- Proven ability to successfully manage multiple tasks concurrently under aggressive timelines in a dynamic environment
- Frequent driving, including extended periods of time behind the wheel
