Job Summary

Specialty Account Manager to execute field-based commercial activities for AUVELITY in adults with major depressive disorder, building relationships with clinics/hospitals, ensuring compliant promotion, and maximizing access through payer policies and patient services. Responsibilities include developing comprehensive territory business plans, promoting within labeling, cultivating customer relationships, serving as a resource on payer processes, optimizing marketing resources, providing timely territory updates to management, collaborating across functions, attending medical congresses, and enabling patient access through savings programs. Required skills and experience include a Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years of field customer/account management experience, 3+ years of Healthcare Professional CNS experience, a track record of top performance in pharma/biotech sales, and strong communication, collaboration, and digital marketing capabilities; overnight travel is expected. The role requires residence in the territory, strong cross-functional teamwork, and the ability to operate in a dynamic environment; travel and physical requirements include driving and occasional lifting.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
  • Minimum of 5 years of field customer experience and/or account management
  • Minimum of 3 years Healthcare Professional experience with relevant CNS experience
  • 5 years of consistent top performance in the pharmaceutical, biotech or medical sales space
  • Psychiatry/CNS experience strongly preferred
  • Launch experience strongly preferred
  • Must live in the territory's geography
  • Experience strategizing within cross-functional teams, utilizing differential resources to achieve business goals
  • Proven ability to successfully manage multiple tasks concurrently under aggressive timelines in a dynamic environment
  • Strong digital marketing aptitude
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
  • Frequent driving, including extended periods of time behind the wheel
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 30lbs regularly
  • Overhead reaching required to close and secure liftgates or similar equipment
