Job Summary
Specialties Sales Sr. Manager based in Suzhou leads strategic leadership and business development for industrial sectors, oversees sales teams to achieve targets, drives high-value contracts and large tenders, collaborates with engineering/operations/R&D to tailor solutions, manages P&L and pricing decisions, and mentors regional sales teams to foster a high-performance, customer-focused culture. Requires a Bachelor’s degree (MBA or equivalent preferred), 10+ years in senior commercial roles across multiple industries, strong negotiation/contract management skills, financial acumen, and English fluency to support global operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or related fields
- 10+ years’ experience in senior commercial management roles within multiple industries sectors (Mining, Rail, Rolling Stock, energy, or heavy machinery industries)
- Expertise in negotiation and contract management
- Strong financial acumen, and data-driven decision-making
- Fluency in English for communication
- Global company experience preferred
