Job Summary
The Specialties Installer position requires coordinating and leading installation work for various specialties including bathroom accessories, wall protection, and furnishings. Responsibilities include loading materials, following detailed work orders, ensuring compliance with ADA specifications, and coaching team members. The role involves tracking productivity, maintaining tool management, conducting safety meetings, and ensuring quality assurance. The ideal candidate should possess at least two years of carpentry or construction experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift 50 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- At least two years of carpentry and/or construction experience
- Ability to read and understand detailed/dimensioned installation drawings
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to safely lift at least 50 lbs
- Proven ability to work independently and on a team
