Job Summary
Serve as the first line of contact for plan-initiated fund and fee change requests to internal client service managers and relationship managers. Handle email and service requests for fund/fee changes, facilitate scheduling with multiple internal teams, delegate inquiries to appropriate units, compose routine written correspondence, and conduct preliminary research. Requires strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and capability to work in a fast-paced office environment. Experience in financial services and knowledge of IRS codes (401(k), 401(a), 403(b), 457) preferred. Educational requirement: a Bachelor’s degree; 1-3 years of related experience. Remote/hybrid work option noted, with potential office work if home setup is inadequate.
Required Qualifications
