Job Summary
Prepare Valence College Prep curricular materials to execute daily lesson plans at a high level, implementing classroom routines and operational procedures for consistent scholar experiences. Provide frequent academic and behavioral feedback, communicate weekly with families, and collect achievement data to target interventions and guide instructional next steps. Co-teach Advisory, Reading Circle, and Tutorial while collaborating with special education teachers and the Dean of Student Support to provide necessary accommodations. Participate actively in weekly collaboration, coaching, and professional development, promptly implementing feedback into teaching practice. Step in as a teacher leader on ad hoc tasks to support the school environment.

Desired Qualifications
