Job Summary
Provide user IT support for Wealth Management applications, perform MIC platform administration (server start/stop, access groups, backup maintenance, file recovery), configure and support new users, manage desktops and office equipment (desktops/laptops/printers/phones), handle password reactivation and routine maintenance, produce and transmit reports on issues and service standards, inform Help Desk of changes to equipment, analyze equipment needs and propose solutions, act as IT expert for users and assist in optimizing system usage, develop simple training activities for users, participate in deployment and upgrades of desktop systems, ensure adherence to standards and security, manage web/platform applications and user licences, and oversee flow of technical information for smooth platform operation; hybrid work environment in Lévis and Montréal, Canada.
Required Qualifications
- College diploma in a related field
- A minimum of one year of relevant experience
- Knowledge of French is required
- Advanced proficiency in computer tools
