Direct teams through complex and ambiguous situations, utilizing Java, Python, and C++ to develop and maintain software applications. Oversee the integration of enterprise application architecture and microservices, conduct code reviews, and initiate coaching conversations to develop diverse, high-performing teams. Collaborate with stakeholders to share perspectives and act on feedback for continuous improvement. Requires a Bachelor's degree, 6+ years of experience, and proficiency in ATDD methodologies and CI/CD processes. Up to 20% travel required.
