Required Qualifications
- High School diploma required

- Cielo TalentCloud ACE certification required
- 3 years of experience in sourcing or recruiting
- Proficiency in X-Ray, Advanced Boolean, data mining, extensions, and aggregators
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong research and market analysis skills
- Ability to handle candidate data with confidentiality and compliance
- Experience managing multiple sourcing tasks and priorities
- Aptitude for creative problem solving in talent sourcing
- Continuous learning about industry trends and best practices
- Strong focus on achieving sourcing targets
- Experience with ATS and recruitment marketing tools
