Specialized Talent Administrator & Coordinator

Job Summary
Provide administrative support to the talent acquisition process across pre-hire and post-hire activities for a client program or teams; coordinate recruitment activities, schedule interviews (phone, video, and in-person), manage offers, background checks, travel and onboarding logistics, and post-onboarding/off-boarding processes; maintain candidate data in ATS and generate pipeline metrics; requires high school diploma or equivalent, English fluency, strong organizational and communication skills, and experience in recruitment administration; remote work available from Hungary.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ACE certification preferred
- Experience as a Talent Administrator & Coordinator for a minimum of 6 months preferred
- Experience in a business or office environment
- Customer service or administration preferred
- Fluent in English
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Outlook
