Specialized Residential Direct Support Professional

Provide direct support to an individual with complex developmental disabilities, focusing on health, safety, well-being, and therapeutic options. Assist with personal care, increase independent living skills, and engage the individual in community activities aligned with their interests in art, music, and crafts. Maintain calm during difficult or emergency situations while communicating wants and needs effectively. Work a 2:1 support schedule from 8am to 8pm and 1:1 support from 8pm to 8am, with weekends required. Available shifts include 12-hour or 24-hour rotations based on programming needs. Candidates must remain calm, demonstrate strong communication skills, and possess a valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
