Job Summary
Administer Trusteed Individual Retirement Accounts (TIRA) to ensure accurate and efficient account and relationship-level client service. Coordinate information and activities with external and internal support business partners, managing mid-level, fairly complex situations requiring retirement technical expertise and Private Bank systems knowledge. Perform routine administrative duties including TIRA account maintenance, account opening processes, and money movement and tax-related transactions. Delegate tasks to Specialized Fiduciary Administrators, monitor progress, and approve completed work. Serve as the point of contact for clients and internal/external partners, including advisors, while preparing reports and conducting research as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Non-licensed associate
- 3 – 5 years of individual retirement account or Private Bank administrative or trust experience
- Private Bank and Merrill systems experience
- BS/BA or equivalent experience
- Acute attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work well under pressure
