Specialized Fiduciary Officer I (SFO I) in Private Banking supports the administration of trust accounts and ensures compliance with policy guidelines and fiduciary regulations. Responsibilities include assisting in mitigating fiduciary risk, driving consistency in approach and results, and supporting activities to ensure accounts align with fiduciary standards. Key skills include attention to detail, risk management, client management, problem solving, relationship building, active listening, and administrative services. Minimum education is High School Diploma/GED or equivalent, with 2-3 years of experience working with high net worth clients in fiduciary services; familiarity with fiduciary laws and policies and the ability to support regulatory compliance and client issue resolution are required. For internal employees, a work-from-home posture does not affect eligibility. Shift: 1st shift; Hours per week: 40. Pay range: $64,800 - $81,600 annually.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years experience working with high net worth clients in Private Banking/Merrill Lynch divisions
- knowledge of fiduciary laws, regulations, standards of management, and internal fiduciary policies and procedures
- experience administering trust accounts and performing fiduciary services
- BS/BA degree preferred in a business related field
