Job Summary

First aid and CPR certification is required or obtainable.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in childcare or a related field
- Ability to provide one-on-one care and attention to multiple children
- Energetic and able to engage actively with children in various activities
- Knowledgeable in child development and skilled in creating age-appropriate educational and skill-building activities
- First aid and CPR certified, or willing to obtain certification
- Excellent communication skills, with an emphasis on patience and clarity
- A strong sense of responsibility and a commitment to the children's safety and development
- Must be adaptable to the household's schedule, which may include evenings and weekends
