Job Summary
Specialized Automotive A/C Technician at Fowler Ford handles diagnosing and servicing dealership vehicles' air conditioning systems. Responsibilities include examining and diagnosing vehicles, discussing repairs with the shop foreman or service advisor, communicating additional service requests, planning work procedures, providing labor time estimates, monitoring repair time, maintaining dealership policies on vehicle care, completing client repair documentation, mentoring technician trainees, attending company and factory training, staying current with factory technical bulletins, and following applicable federal, state, and local regulations (including hazardous waste disposal). The role requires a high school diploma or GED with 2–4 years of related experience or training; ASE Certified or Brand Certified is a plus, and a valid driver’s license with an acceptable MVR. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 2-4 years related experience and/or training
