Job Summary
Specialized Analytics Lead Analyst, VP for Citi Commerce Measurement and Insights Analytics. Drives measurement framework development and closed-loop measurement for Citi commerce campaigns, delivering actionable insights, attribution models, and growth opportunities. Leads data-driven analytics initiatives, partners with Finance, Product, Sales, Ad Ops, and Marketing to integrate insights into product design and campaigns, builds dashboards and reports, and overseets risk and governance in analytics practices. Develops data & measurement roadmaps, standardizes post-campaign reporting, and explores Gen AI capabilities to accelerate insights. Requires deep commerce media knowledge, advanced analytics skills, and strong communication to influence business decisions. Location: Wilmington, Delaware, USA. Time Type: Full time.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related)
- 6-10 years of progressive experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or quantitative analysis
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R
- Experience with large-scale data platforms (e.g., Snowflake)
- Experience with first-party data and privacy-safe data environments
- Knowledge of advertising measurement (MMM, MTA) and attribution models
- Experience with statistical analysis, machine learning, and experimental design (A/B testing)
- Strong communication skills for presenting complex analytics to technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with BI/visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, QlikView)
- Experience with digital media performance data and ad servers/DSPs
- Ability to translate advertiser needs into measurement requirements and reporting design
- Gen AI capabilities development for analytics
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; Master's/PhD or MBA preferred
