Job Summary
Oversee daily accounts payable operations by processing and monitoring ACH/check payments weekly through Yardi and QuickBooks for all entities managed by Balfour Residential. Issue utility bills, audit Georgia Power and Gas South summaries, and manage lien waivers for payments exceeding $5k or mortgage draws. Correspond with vendors regarding invoice entries, monitor COI policies, and handle water leak account adjustments. Fill in for the Billing Manager or AP/AR Specialist as needed. Requires fine dexterity, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Required Qualifications
- Must have some accounting degree
