Job Summary
Execute marketing strategy for chillers and heat pumps across commercial and mission-critical applications while owning marketing planning for the Americas region. Translate product roadmaps into tactical go-to-market plans with measurable KPIs tied to revenue growth and lead new product commercial launches. Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, engineering, sales, and product management to commercialize technical advantages. Develop launch toolkits, sales enablement materials, and demand generation campaigns including digital assets and social media content. Coordinate regional exhibitions, trade shows, and customer events while executing digital campaigns for SEO, SEM, and email. Conduct market research and gather customer insights to refine strategy. Requires 5+ years of experience in HVAC or industrial equipment sectors, proficiency in HTML/CSS and Wordpress, and ability to adapt global strategies to local dynamics.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of work experience
- Experience in the HVAC industry or industrial equipment, energy, or technology sectors
- Experience working with HTML/CSS, particularly Wordpress
- Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Graduate/Certification in communications, media relations or marketing
- Excellent skills in marketing concepts, campaign ideas & marketing automation
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop or similar
- Ability to thrive under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Demonstrated experience in adapting global marketing strategies to local market dynamics
- Exceptional networking, project management and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to communicate technical information and ideas
- Motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
- Excellent selling and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel
- Ability to speak French with our team in Quebec if the candidate is located in Quebec
- Good command of English
