Job Summary

Service Support Specialist (R4) in Montreal (Hybrid) for Toyota Canada Inc. A full-time role that coordinates service management functions for the Parts & Service department, enabling field staff to focus on dealer operations and sales. Requires bilingual French/English, strong process-improvement capabilities, and experience with BI tools (Cognos, Power BI). Responsibilities include preparing reports, coordinating meetings, supporting TSR initiatives, maintaining SOPs, and ensuring timely information flow across Zone Parts & Service management.

Required Qualifications

  • Bilingual French/English is essential
  • Experience with Cognos (BI) and reporting systems
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Strong initiative and ability to improve work processes for efficiency
  • Ability to prepare documents, reports, and meeting materials
  • Ability to coordinate meetings and seminars for the department
  • Proficiency with Outlook; Infostream; Power BI; Cognos as needed
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in a business environment focusing on marketing or related discipline (asset)
  • University/College degree or diploma in related discipline (asset)
  • Ability to interact with internal and external partners regularly (bilingual)
